How does the process of aquascape service works?

1. Let us know the size of your tank and the type of organisms you keep.
2. Choose one of our existing aquascape styles, we will give you suggestions and discuss the details for your tank, or ask us to design one for you.
3. We will start to arrange the production of the aquascape and collect the deposit (50%).
4.After confirming by video and photo, we will pack and calculate the shipping cost through a third party logistics provider.
5. After the logistics company receiving shipping fee, they will start to deliver to you, and the risk of transportation damage will be solved by buying insurance. Meanwhile, we will collect the final payment.

* The 3d design is able to show the design and final effect of aquascape intuitively and meticulously, especially for large tanks or aquariums, which have a huge amount of aquascape works.
